Middle Eastern Loaded Fries

Crunchy, creamy, and flavorful; a potato lover’s dream!

My family LOVES potatoes! Especially fries! Some nights, I don’t know what to cook and my family wants a quick meal. This time, I made Middle Eastern Loaded Fries! What makes it Middle Eastern, you say? The delicious spices and tahini sauce! The fun thing about this meal is that you can add whatever you want to the fries. This night, I left it simple. I hope you enjoy my recipe!

Middle Eastern Loaded Fries

Ingredients
  1. 8 potatoes*
  2. 1 lb ground beef **
  3. Cooking oil
  4. 1 tsp 7 spices
  5. 1 tsp salt (meat)
  6. ½ tsp pepper
  7. ½ tsp garlic powder
  8. ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  9. 2 tbsp tahini
  10. ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  11. 3 tbsp (tahini sauce)
  12. Avocado
  13. Pine nuts
Potatoes
  1. Peal and slice the potatoes
  2. Place oil in a pot
  3. Fry the potatoes*
Meat
  1. Using ground beef, wash and strain the beef
  2. In a skillet, place a tablespoon of oil
  3. Pan fry the meat
  4. While cooking, add the spices: 7 spices, salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper
  5. Leave to cook until it is well done
Tahini
  1. In a bowl, add the tahini, lemon juice, and salt
  2. Whisk until you make sure you have no clumps of tanini
Plating
  1. Place the fries on the bottom of a large plate
  2. Top it with the ground beef
  3. Place sliced avocadoes on top
  4. Drizzle tahini sauce
  5. Garnish with toasted pine nuts

  1. *Potatoes can be fried or baked to your liking and amount varies upon the serving size
  2. ** I use 100% grass fed ground beef and the amount varies upon serving size
